Refunds, cancellations, retakes, and returns Policy
Overview
At Adi Ringer Photography, every session is a custom, collaborative experience. I take great care in preparing clients and ensuring quality images are captured before the session ends. Because of the time, planning, and preparation involved, the following policies are in place to ensure fairness and clarity for both of us.
Summary
- Deposits are non-refundable. With 24 hours’ notice, they may be applied to a rescheduled session within 30 days.
- No-shows are treated as cancellations. No refunds will be issued.
- Retakes are not complimentary unless due to technical failure. A discounted retake may be offered at my discretion.
- Printed products are non-refundable, but will be reprinted if defective.
Detailed Policies
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. In that case, your deposit will be credited toward a new session scheduled within 30 days of the original appointment.
- No-shows (arriving more than 15 minutes late or not showing up without notice) will be considered a cancellation, and deposits will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued.
Retakes
- My sessions are not timed, allowing flexibility to ensure great results.
- You’ll receive detailed preparation instructions ahead of time, and during the session, we’ll review your images together to make sure you’re happy before the shoot concludes.
- Because of this process, free retakes are not offered, unless a technical failure occurs that cannot be corrected in post-production.
- A discounted retake session may be offered at my sole discretion, but is not guaranteed.
Refunds & Printed Products
Refunds will not be issued for printed materials due to customer preferences or changes of mind after approval.
All digital and printed purchases are final.
If a printed product arrives defective or damaged, I will reprint it at no cost to you.
