The Great American Melodrama is a staple of the central coast of California. Since 1975, it has entertained the community producing top-notch musicals, comedies, and melodramas in a lively cabaret setting for the whole family. The Melodrama provides a unique live theatre experience in which costumed actors usher guests to their seats, take orders at the snack bar, and serve grub in addition to performing.
I’ve enjoyed their performances for the past few decades and have had the pleasure to take headshots of some of the cast members and even worked on fun portrait projects with them.
